I joined Custom Body Fitness for their Six Week Sexy Slimdown Challenge. This was a very different experience from any other gym I have ever joined. The "small group training" format is challenging and intense. I am new to weight training, so it was intimidating at first, but the trainers are great. I have lost 7 pounds in 1 month as well as inches lost and muscle gained .This place is amazing. I love the trainers and the people who attend CBF, and special thanks to my friends Beronica and Carolina for referring me and helping me to get motivated.I love Sandro and the assessment as well as seeing great results and feeling stronger every day.
