RecommendedCBF is a fun place to work out! The trainers are always positive and encouraging, and create challenging workouts. I love getting a hug when I walk in the door and when I leave. I'm seeing results already and I've only been coming for 6 weeks, yay!

If you're looking for a motivational, professional, supportive and attentive trainer, Sandro will be your guy. Only been here a couple months and I've noticed result. Feel better than ever. My physical and mental health is healthier each time I come in. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. You won't feel like an outcast because everyone is so friendly and kind. Defitnitly a great place to work out.
I love the consistent strength training that CBF provides me and the warm community. They support you in reaching your goals and provide encouragement along the way.
Love the atmosphere of CBF. The trainers are always very welcoming and the others in each of the classes are very encouraging and fun to work out with! I haven't had this much fun at a gym in years. Definitely recommend and thoroughly enjoy all of my classes!
If you need accountability, support and a progressive HIIT program, this is the place for you! I needed that monthly check in (measurements, weight & non weight goals) to keep me on track and work towards my goals because it has been such a challenge to do it on my own!
CBF has been a very positive experience for me. I like that it is so personalized allowing me to work toward realistic goals with encouragement, not pressure! They have great hugs and great dogs!!
I am very satisfied with the workouts and the staff is so friendly and motivates me to do better and become a better me. The set schedule makes it easy to pick a time and commit to exercising.
