Best place ever!! This place does deliver results
My experience with Custom Body Fitness has been wonderful. I joined about a month ago, and have noticed an increase in my energy and a difference in my body. Working with Sandro, Erik, Estella, and Sarah is like have your own personal cheerleading team.
Sandro has helped to change my life from bad habits to good habits. My body has changed and I have lost a lot of weight something I could not do alone. I recommend it to everyone who wants to get in shape. There is nothing else that works.
Sandro, Eric and Estela motivate you to push yourself beyond what you thought was possible and provide a supportive and fun environment to improve your fitness! From only a summer of working out here, I've learned to be empowered about my fitness, how to not be intimidated by weights at the gym, I've developed a genuine excitement about working out, and I'm a whole lot stronger. Carbondale is lucky to have Custom Body Fitness.
I love this place! The workouts are well rounded and the atmosphere is nothing but supportive!! I am LOVING CBF and the trainers are the best around!
