Sandro and his team are committed to the training goals that I've established. They are encouraging during workouts and with closely with every participant to ensure good technique and to prevent injury. The workouts are community based so it feels like being on a team again. I love it here!!
CBF is a great place to get your workout done, I like the program they use and I really like that the program changes every week. Having a different program every week makes it better and not boring at all. The encouragement and support you get is great and makes you want to come back and accomplish your goals.
I like that the trainers help me to lose weight and increase my self-confidence. I am very happy with the results and I am looking forward to come to each session. I have lost 20 pounds. I recommend cbf to anyone
I am really happy with the results. In two months I have recover my health, self stem, my motivation to continue in all areas of my life. I feel like a 30 years of age lady. I'm 52 years old. I have a lot of energy and I'm happy. I feel like I started my life again in the right path. I lost 12 pounds in two months. My cholesterol is controlled. My knees do not hurt anymore. I can sleep and depression is gone. I'm don't feel overweight anymore.
Custom Body Fitness is such a great fit for me. I've tried crossfit before and this is so much better! I feel like I get a much more complete workout with the format that Custom Body Fitness used than I ever did at crossfit. We work out every muscle group, the exercises change every week, and the environment is friendly and supporting.
