Been going to Sondro for about 3 months- best workouts ever. I have been to many gyms and clubs but never experienced anything like the personal and highly qualified training sessions that you get at Custom Body Fitness. Sondro and his crew are truly focused on making you better, stronger and enjoying your life to the fullest. You get personal attention and instruction regarding exercising, diet, lifestyle and a focus on your goals. Great winning combination. Thanks Sondro and Eric!!

Custom Body Fitness is a wonderful place to workout. It is definitely a challenge, they push to make you better. Sandro and Erick are full of positive feedback that lift you up. I saw results within my first month and now I am addicted to CBF. I love working out here, it gives me more energy and confidence! They have a great individual approach in a group setting. It's great to be around other people who are reaching for the same results. I love how supportive everyone is at CBF. I highly recommend it!
No cabe ninguna duda para mi que en este lugar el equipo de instructores de este maravilloso lugar están sumamente preparados día con día para instruir sus enseñanzas a cada uno de los que participan en las clases cada semana cambian de ejercicios lo mas importante el recibimiento.fraternal a cada uno de nosotros no existe distinción alguna y si existe bastante motivación y demasiada energía ufff sumamente agradecido con todo el apoyo que me han brindado
