Unhappy with delivery, you asked us to confirm delivery date which we did, you agreed the delivery date and we were told to expect delivery on agreed date. No sign of the mattress, only to find out that the mattress wasn't even accepted at the delivery depot until the day after we expected it. I can't understand how a date can be agreed and not acted on in time to ensure delivery as agreed. No communication either to inform us that the delivery wouldn't be made on time.

Great service and value. We needed some replacement mattresses for our motorhome. They are an odd shape, so we were provided with template kits. The new mattresses were delivered promptly and are really luxurious. Friendly and helpful staff throughout.
