First reviewed 2021 Over 3.5 years ago I moved into my new Cussins home in a lovely location, sadly my experience of buying a brand new house was not what I was expecting, instead it has been very frustrating. Minor snags were mostly sorted fairly quickly. Dreadful customer service - Our house is only 6 years old and is leaking water into the toilet ceiling from outside. Happened within 2 years and poor repair done. Cussins now not interested and told me to claim on the 10 year warranty - but reception can't tell me who the warranty is with. They left a message for Customer services as no one available. Bought a brand new house from Cussins. Most of the house was good, but there was a significant issue with the roof which was reported within 6 days of moving in. Basically the roof membrane was flapping around. They were unable to fix the issue and basically left me in the lurch. Premier were also poor. I have just dropped tens of thousands of pounds getting the house re-roofed. Its only 6 years old. Super disappointed.

I recently purchased a home at Greystoke Ponteland. From having our first dealings with site contact Rob B for our first fix and home demonstration it was clear Rob goes above and beyond to help where he can. When we moved in, as to be expected, we have had identified some snags. Nothing major as the quality of our home build is excellent and to Cussins standard and reputation.
