Cumbria Roofing have just finished re-roofing our 17th century house utilising as much of the existing Buttermere slate as possible. They were also able to source identical slate where there was a shortfall. Ryan and his team also used top of the line TX gold insulation and fitted 5 replacement veluxes. I have to say the workmanship is first class. All tiles were re-dressed and graded by Ryan and Terry, who are real time-served craftsman. Very disappointed with Cumbria Roofing. The company made big promises but failed to complete any of the work agreed upon. I’ve been left with £1900 worth of unused scaffolding that they refuse to remove, and they’re now completely uncontactable. I would strongly advise others to steer clear — unreliable and unprofessional.

We were very pleased with the re-roofing of the house. I was surprised how quick they were. They give you specific start dates and did not miss any of them. They also cleaned up after themselves and were good at providing feedback and picture evidence of any issues uncovered with a solution to resolve. Very Happy.

From site visit & quote given within a week of contact. Start date provided and stuck to. Ryan and his team worked non stop from start to finish of the job. Extremely pleased with all aspects of the re roof. Other trades have since commented on his excellent standard of workmanship and attention to detail. No hesitation in recommending. David & Lynda
