Room had cobwebs and broken wardrobe door flies on windows changed room following day food cold breakfasts very greasy not told buffet style lady on reception polite but male pn Saturday and Sunday very rude no customer skills not worth money paid as my wife ate nothing from evening meal half hash brown on Saturday breakfast due to amount of grease and half slice cold toast on Sunday really let down

Had a brilliant stay. The staff very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent

Got woken up by a constant banging noise, when and told the staff got "ohh"in response and that they'll pass it on then. Then a little after that they passed me and gust ignored me actively looking the opposite direction.

Overall was a good experience and a nice stay there is just certain things that let it down for us unfortunately. Food is good and everything hot breakfast was good great choices and selections all hot the only downside was the main meals most come with chips or fries and to be honest neither of them was any good and particularly raw. You could squish them. Also I wouldn't recommend the cheese board either we ordered a sharing one and there was literally 5 crackers.
