My dentist recently joined this practice. The service remained high quality and now the office amenities are of the same caliber. The office staff was impressively kind and highly knowledgeable.
Professional staff get me in and out as quick as possible. They make me feel welcome and explain things so I understand what is going on.
Fast and great service. They told me everything I am doing wrong (like always) maybe this time I will change. (Probably not) But I’m glad they are there to fix my short comings.
First visit with Jena - Hygenist. Jena's attention to detail regarding my cleaning and tips for flossing and overall oral health were quite helpful. Jena was courteous and very friendly. I had a wonderful experience in her care.
This was my first visit to this practice, as my previous dentist recently joined them. I was 15 minutes early and they called me within 5 minutes. Everything went very smoothly with no delays. Very efficient. Nice clean office with views of SunTrust park.
Joni cleaned my teeth through my. She talked me through the entire process. From the moment I stepped into the office. I was greated by the nicest front office staff. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Then when I was called back to see all of the top notch state of the art equipment. Then when I met Dr. Alvarez he was very nice and enjoyable to be around. Although our encounter was brief and to the point. I know that I am going to enjoy having all of my dental needs met here.
Joni cleaned my teeth thoroughly, she also made sure I was comfortable. The support staff (front desk) was friendly and helpful as well. I also was in and out in a very timely fashion.
Dr. Alvarez has been my dentist since when we were both much younger - perhaps over 20 years ago. That’s to say that the quality of care he provides is exemplary. He is definitely a master at his craft. The entire team exhibits professionalism and friendliness that makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. Thanks for all you do!
The whole staff from the registeration desk to the technicians, Financial office and Dentist treat you like family. Very highly recommended.
