I've been going to this dentist now for about 4 or 5 years now. Very happy with the staff and dentists here. Very friendly and actually right in my building which makes it really convenient. Never had an issue, both dentist Kerr & Gavric are very friendly and caring.
Appreciate the dedication of Dr Alvarez and his staff as a patient. They are always concerned about making sure I am comfortable during my visit. Enjoy the general conversation and care they exhibit throughout my visit. Shay and Kathy are terrific. Very nice to meet Laura who was a pleasure to talk with. Would highly recommend Dr A and team to friends (family are already patients).
I've gone to Dr. Alvarez for years. I was happy to see that he relocated close to his old office, but will miss some of his old staff. He is very gentle which is important to me since I have a bit of a phobia about going to the dentist.
No one really likes going to the dentist, but Dr Gavric's team always makes it a task I don't mind completing. I hadn't consistently been to a dentist in years before I found Dr. Gavric. Now I don't miss an appointment! The staff is friendly and personable, caring about you beyond just your teeth. I trust their service and advise, and have recommended Dr. Gavric to a least 3 or 4 of my friends and co-workers.
I just love all of the staff in this practice. Everyone knows you, is super friendly, kind, and wants to make sure your experience is a great one. My hygienist Jenna and both Dr Gavric and Dr, Kerr are excellent dentists.
I have been going to this dental practice for years. Everyone who works there is always upbeat and friendly. Visiting a dentist can be a very stressful experience, but this dental practice makes sure your time there is as pleasant as it can be. You even get a homemade cookie when you leave as a reward.
I love the customer service, professionalism, easy to understand when explaining procedures, and friendly.
