My first visit to this office was above expectation. The staff was personal and very professional! I was called back for treatment within 3 minutes of arrival. There is an open atmosphere and no annoying music playing.
Very gentle, pleasant and professional .
Dr. Gavric was very professional and came highly recommended. We were able to openly talk about my concerns regarding previous treatment plans and move forward possitively. Got a filling and will return for cleaning, build up and crown replacement on another tooth. Also my X-rays forwarded from another Dr. arrived blurry so the office took new ones at no cost to me. Really good experience. Would recommend.
Dr. Gavric did a quick and excellent job of fixing my dental problem! Scheduling was quick.
My family and I have been patients of Kerr Gavric and Alvarez for the past eight or nine years. During that time we have been continuously impressed with the positive attitude of the personal at the front desk all the way through the dental techs and the dentists themselves. They are always on time to see us at the time of our appointments. I have never had to wait in the waiting room longer than five minutes or so. Had an appt with Dr Alvarez, to have two crowns cemented back in place, that had popped off. The tip of the abutment under one crown, had actually fractured. Enough abutment still existed, they were able to cement the one crown back on.
All office members were extremely friendly professional and efficient. the work that was done was fast efficient painless minimum amount of discomfort. again staff members and doctors were professional personable and I would recommend this dental office to anybody.

I can not express enough about the superior service I received from Dr Alvarez and his staff. I needed to feelings replaced and I wasn't looking forward to it because of the pain involved with getting numbed. What a first....his technique of pre numbing made it pain free. The assistant truly cared and made you feel comfortable.
