*************, professional, organized, friendly and thorough. Ive had 3 different Hondas and have taken all 3 here to be serviced. Every service advisor and staff who has helped me has been easy to work with. They keep you updated on your vehicle. They may suggest additional repairs, but do not put any pressure on you to add other services. There are other dealerships closer to me, but I chose this location every time. Its been a few years that I have been coming here and I look forward to more years here.

Everytime I need my van serviced I love coming to Culver City Honda. ****** is the advisor to be seen by, straight forward clearly explains everything, in and out service. Don't see myself going anywhere else to service my van.
Had a DRL issue on my 2016 Accord that was covered under extended warranty (bulletin), called in to make a same-day appointment, brought it in and got the repair completed and covered via the bulletin (no cost). Very smooth process, was done in a few hours and I just waited in the lobby.
I had my Honda HR-V serviced and they did a great job
This location is a little out my way; but i prefer it over closer locations due to professionalism and efficiency. Came in, went through express and was out in about 1hr. I really like how they take video footage of your car with their technician - to show you what is recommended for you vehicle.

I have been visiting Honda in Culver City since I initially leased and later purchased my car. Well yesterday, I went for my routine maintenance. I was told that I needed a number of services, which totaled over $1100. Of that that total, $530 was for my rear breaks w/o a kit. That price seemed obscenely steep, so I consulted a couple of friends and others were consulted as well, and there was a consensus that price gouging was definitely taking place.
