I had a GREAT experience with the service team! It was early in the ****************** was upbeat with a smile on their face. They were quick, professional, & ready to help. I really enjoyed the video feature demonstrating an overview of what services got done (battery check, tire check, filters, etc). The waiting space has a lot of amenities for guests (coffee, water, seats, table desk, television, charging station, magazines, books) which made the waiting process easier. ****** has provided an excellent service. He was very informative and making sure his customer updated.
Every time I go, they charge you a lot for consulting, then the prices for fixing anything are ridiculously expensive. So you pay hundreds of dollars for them just telling you whats wrong.

This is no longer a personal service dealer, but a part of a corporation. I just had my spark plugs replaced before coming to the service dealer. They told me that I needed new spark plugs. When I asked why, I was told that the service technician looked at my gas mileage.I do believe they are too busy to figure out what's going on, so in essence I have been lied to more than once. Great service. The person that assisted us (Salvador) was very efficient.
Easily made an appointment online for service, got there about 15 minutes early, they took my car in and I waited in the lobby for it to be ready, very clean and organized After the service they did mention they did see a few things that needed to be done but recommended it and mentioned that if Ill like to get it done they could do it (of course additional cost) but werent pushy about it thank goodness, my car got what I went in for and left happy.
