Good guys, been coming here for 5 years. I dont feel they try to take advantage of me as a female. Kind people. Good service.
I didnt feel the service technician was motivated to help solve my cars issue. He was focused on fees to diagnose and not finding a solution. They were not able to repair my car because they couldnt find the part from their contracted sources. They suggested I search the internet and purchase my own part at my own risk. They are willing to install but not guarantee the part. I am a single woman with no mechanical knowledge and feel lost to proceed this way. Ive purchased two cars here but dont feel Im a valued customer.

Upon scheduling service appointment, Culver City Honda did not mention the $205 inspection fee and did confirm seat buckle lifetime warranty. Upon inspection, they informed me they cant fix the buckle and gave me $2200 quote. Just the classic scam dealership and out to take money from their customers. 0/10, massive scam

They need to improve their communication. I was left waiting for my car and no one told me that it was ready and also followed up with me about next steps until I sought someone to speak to. My car had been sitting waiting. And when I followed up about the next steps of my car (I have to bring it in again), I did not hear back. I received no follow up whatsoever even though I was told I would. Every time I've visited, I've been treated very well! I purchased a new car in March and had excellent service, and the service department is also top notch with scheduling, communication, honesty, and speed!
Best experience ever, Everyone was so nice to me and my brother.
I just purchased a new pilot and the whole process was stress free! ******************* and their team did amazing and were very helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go see them!! 10/10 recommend
