Honda has always taken care of me and my needs with my car I recommend Honda strongly even if they made a mistake they will own up in fix it and take care of it with no charge to you

I like Culver City Honda. My service advisor, ****** is always very professional and attentive.
*** was good, but I feel that the actual car service was so so. A lot were missed and they just rushed the car out. I have been being our Fit to the dealer since 2011. First 7 years at SM and after that here at Culver. Maybe its time to bring it elsewhere. The multi point inspection is becoming a joke. Also, prior to this I feel cheated by charging me a lot for something they ended up not doing. Losing my faith. **************** is not what they used to be.
