CCHonda personnel was attentive at my arrival and since my first visit welcomed me to the site. *** , service coordinator was very kind and helpful. One glitch was the tire pressure warning ?? words came on so I had to return after my appointment. Which was an inconvenience. The service person put air in all tires as they were low.

They use to have separate line for express services for oil changes, and if you made appointments you usually didnt wait long. For just an oil change had to wait 2 1/2 hours with an appointment.

I return to Culver City Honda for my service even though I no longer live in the area. Their location has proven easiest to use with good service for several years. I have had service provided by many employees over the years and everyone is happy to answer questions, communicative about the suggested services, friendly, and are extremely patient with follow up questions. The experience feels very personal and supportive at this location.
My car lease was expiring and I felt super stressed and overwhelmed about what my best option would be moving forward. Multiple people helped me out at the dealership today. They were honest about how purchasing my car would keep me at a lower monthly rate vs. getting a new car.
