My appointment was 10:15am for an oil change. I got checked in at 10:50. My car ready at 2:15pm. The service was extremely slow.
Yesterday was not a good experience. I have 3 nails in my tire. However the advisor nor the technician recognized this and was going to send me on my way without informing me with what was going on.
