Great service. **** was professional and personable, and never tried to sell me something I didnt need. The mechanics had my car done quickly. It was perfectly clean and ready for pickup when I arrived. All of the staff were great!
I had my oil changed done. They either strip the bolt or didnt s**** it completely and i drove around with low oil. The oil was dripping on the bottom of the car
I appreciate the attention to detail provided to me by the service department at *****************************. Recently I encountered a complex warranty issue with my CPO Lexus vehicle. The matter was resolved quickly but what impressed me most about this service department was the dedicated professionalism, patience, and continual communication throughout the warranty process. Hats off and thank you to Service Manager ************** and Service Consultant ************** for a job well done.
Waited over 3 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous. Never have my oil filter available even tho I call parts directly a day before to order it.
Service advisor *** is the best!! Hes very polite, respectful, and takes care of his customers.
