Brought the car in to hopefully get the a/c repaired. They seemed pretty confident the issue was going to be resolved but after receiving my car and taking my short 10min drive home the a/c stopped working. They must have filled the fluid up and it all leaked back out by the time I got home. Very odd they didnt test it before having me pick it up. Could have been better and more complete. Seems this place might have too much quantity and lacks quality.
From the beginning till I picked up my car I had an amazing experience, explaining everything that need to be done in the car in a simple way with a smile and paisiont. Love to come to your place.. great costumes service

My car is a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid, and might have some scrapes and scratches on the outside, yet has been fully maintained on the inside, with a Service Manager who sets the standard for the employees at Culver City Honda. Too, being in the elder generation, I'm beyond grateful for the valet service for my service appointments. Carry on!!
I am pleased with the service. The person taking my car and putting in the order was professional, effective and informative.
Excellent service provided as my rep was kind. The waiting room has a spectacular vanilla latte. The recordings of the service allows me to fully understand what is goin on with my vehicle.

$7200 bill, overpriced labor work, and couldnt even wipe off the soot and dirt all over my engine.. It makes me wonder if they even did all the items listed on my bill??
