Got what I needed done on my car with no fuss and in the time he said it would take. I have another Honda dealer closer to me but I always come to this one because the service is way better.

I went for the extended warranty on the air condition to be told by my mechanic that my compressor was never replaced like the paperwork said. I called and left a message with **** in regards to my concern to not get a call back. When I did get a call back, it was to try to get me to buy a car from you guys. I will not be returning to your location anymore. Thank you for nothing. Now I have to go get my air condition fixed because I was told it needed more work when no work was actually done it in the first place.

Have owned 2 Honda CR-Vs, have followed service advisor from Honda of Downtown *********** to Honda of Culver City, both Honda dealerships seem great, but its the service advisor that makes you remain loyal.
