I had a great experience with ****** and ********. Not like my horrible experience with ***. He was very rude. I havent received an apology from the management. I was reading the service goals and I dont think culver Honda hasnt showed me humility. I will go to Hollywood Honda after my warranty expires. This is my 3rd Honda and Im not going back to culver Honda after my warranty ends.

I CANNOT STAND THE MUSIC!! It is loud and cannot be adjusted. I understand this idea comes from corporate Honda and that some people like it. I took off one star for this. The salesman was outstanding and made me and my friend feel special. He went out of his way to speed the process and I left with a new car and happy with the price.
