Culver City Honda is always pleasant to deal with. ************************* **** helped me with service - I had the air filter and cabin pollen filter replaced. I waited less than 1 hour. When I told ****** that I forgot to give him my mailed coupon at the beginning of the service, he went above and beyond to add the discount to my total bill. His conversation was so friendly and he was very professional. I return to Culver City Honda for all my service and repairs.
Although car purchases are pretty stressful, it was such a fun experience this time. **** helped me out to get the best deal for my brand new honda and assisted me throughout the entire process! Last but not least, I met Shawntel when it was time to sign and she was so much fun and easy to collaborate with.
They will work with you on pricing. You just have to be a little open and reasonable.
My service advisor **** was great as were the technicians as well. I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half.
