The service was performed in a timely manner. The advisor did not review the inspection findings with me.
Good Service and helped me save 100$. Upfront with service that should be done first and not tally up the cost.
Oil change was done in 2 hours. Which was great. But every service advisor has its own prices. Three months ago I had a price for a coolant services for 170. Now same services is now 259. Not good!

The service at the Honda Culver City site is always awesome. They're fast and very knowledgeable. I want to thank ****** for being friendly so early in the morning.
After sales service is deplorable. People dont respond. When you get through to someone they pass the Buck and then end call or chat with a promise that so and so will call back within the hour. 4 weeks later youre still waiting after multiple calls back in and chat messages politely asking for a response. Disappointing. Am looking to buy another new car. Wont be at Honda Culver City.
