I highly recommend ******* as a sales representative because he's super chill, professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. If I had to choose one thing about my Honda experience, it would have to be the sales representative.
Though we had a very cold first Impression , our experience with the service people has been a great remedy ! Excellent service people , but the sales persons left a bad taste in our mouth . Great job of service workers and the coffee / hospitality Honda people at CC Honda have been a great experience . We appreciate the remedy!
Enjoyed a video feed of the status of my car to help me understand staff's findings. It was a bit unnerving to initially discover nothing was wrong with my car. Luckily the Honda team subsequently discovered what was wrong and fixed it.

***** was exceptional, but the financing guy really made me leave here with a sour and dislike for this place. The financing agent did not share that my car registration would change from august to May! So I wasted 2 perfectly good months of registration because this wasnt communicated. When asking questions, the financing guy seemed bother and annoyed with having to explain certain parts. Overall, he needs to work on his empathy. The advisor said 2 hrs. to fix my car and It came up 4 hrs. Im totally disappointed for the long wait. They have some kind of celebration and it seems like all the employees stopped working. Maybe thats the reason why the long wait. And the advisor is no where to be found when the car is already finished. Its really a lot of wait. I ask someone to help me to process my paper work.
The ****************** did a fantastic job on my Honda Odyssey. They even videotaped my service and explained the process.
