Horrible service. Took almost 2 hrs with an appointment and on top of that the dealership lost my car for over 1/2 hr. Nobody offered an apology.

Great service from the sales team. ******* and ***** were the reason why we decided to make the purchase. They are knowledgeable, professional and provided exceptional service. Now the finance rep, that was an interesting experience. Never have we dealt with such a low level of professionalism and disrespect. No type of compassion, understanding and customer service skills.
