Horrible service. Took almost 2 hrs with an appointment and on top of that the dealership lost my car for over 1/2 hr. Nobody offered an apology.

Now the finance rep, that was an interesting experience. Never have we dealt with such a low level of professionalism and disrespect. No type of compassion, understanding and customer service skills.
