They provided the services I needy without being pushy about additional services. Super flexible and accommodating with drop off and pick up. Very communicative, courteous, and helpful.

The customer service was excellent. I made an appointment the same day to get an oil change. *****, my service specialist, was awesome and answered all my questions! I was given a complimentary ride back home and my car was ready within 2 hours. I highly recommend Honda Culver ************ and I will be back.

I've been here twice for oil changes and they do charge a lot, but they also run full diagnostics and tire inspection and have never tried to tell me I needed any service I did not. They are professional and quick and I trust their work.

I am sad to be leaving Culver City Honda behind as I move away after 17 years. I have always had top-notch service, and this visit was no exception. No pressure to upsell, service, friendly, informed and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for? My service person in particular was excellent, and this is the second time she has been assigned to me. Apparently they are redacting names, but his name rhymes with projector. And he definitely did not ****** me, haha. I will miss Culver City Honda!

I purchased a maintenance plan with Culver City Honda for three oil changes which cost $150. It was easy to book an appointment on line and everything seemed to have gone well until I started driving home after the service. I was almost home when my panel light lit up warning me about low tire pressure. This was right after the service where they were supposed to check my tire pressure.
