I was referred a family member who raved of the great customer service and staff so when I purchased my first 2020 pre-owned Honda CRV, by the way I LOVE!! I was bound to go. 0 STARS. I am writing on behalf of my ELDERLY parents. They were LIED to after Honda service claimed they rotated tires after a 2 HOUR wait. After coming home, the SAME WORN TIRE was in the front. They called SEVERAL times, put on hold, forced to GO BACK and ACTUALLY rotate tires. My entire family has driven Hondas for DECADES. This was the FIRST Honda dealer that was CLEARLY BEING DISHONEST about a simple tire rotation for my ELDERLY parents.
