I came in to get an oil change, tire rotation and fix my suspension. ****** was super helpful.
****** is one of the few good workers here i had many issues with everyone at this dealer i even won a lemon law case and i only mention this because some if those people that were mean to mea nd my mom still work there, ****** is great im going to request him all the time.

I took my Accord in for a recall issue. It was done within the predicted time frame, and the representative was friendly and efficient. But when my car was ready, they wouldn't release it because "the system of reporting the work to Honda Corporate" was not working. I ultimately had to accept a loaner car and then returned it the next morning when my car was finally released to me. I went there for services. Their advantage care price is a real money saver. Also the service I received has been perfect so far. Should put to ******, he literally makes a video clip showing all essential parts of the car from the shop and explains the current condition and whether I need to service them or not. This was a topper. I loved the visual aid.
Im writing this review as someone who regularly services his car at this dealership. This review covers my experience with the staff in the service department. I cant speak with regard to the sales department.For the past several years, Ive been bringing my car to this dealership to get it serviced.The staff are friendly and accommodating. Ive not had a single bad experience with them, rather theyve been all very helpful and attentive.I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.
My experience with Culver City Honda was a horrible experience to say the least. I was in for services in my vehicle and not only did they not communicate when it was done they also left me passenger seat dirty with stains they didnt even bother to clean it up. I will not go back here ever nor will i recommend this dealership to anyone.
The staff at Culver city Honda parts and services is excellent. They are very friendly and prompt and even finished working on my vehicle early. I would highly recommend their services. They clearly communicate whats being done on the vehicle and give me the proper paperwork and let me know what other work my car may need in the future. I appreciate that they offer a special rates on oil changes.
