My wife and I were looking to purchase a car for our daughter as a birthday gift. We found a listing for a car at this business. It was 17,500. After trying to secure a price out the door the final price was 23,000. They said this included 3000 of after market accessories. These accessories were not listed on the website price. Nor were the addons mentioned in the listing details. The finance manger swore to me this information was in the details. NEVER EVER AGAIN! These guys are laughable and I'll strongly advise you to never believe what they tell you over the phone to get you to their shop. I'm selling my car asking for $8900, they called and said that they wanted to buy my car and inspect it. I go to their place, wait for 45 mins and then they offer me $2500 max, hahahahaha. Complete waste of my time and of theirs too.

UNDERHANDED SALES PRACTICE. LIARS. EVADING OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMERS I bought an SUV from them with ProPack included. But just before driving home the SUV, I noticed it wasn't put in (mat & wheel locks). I pointed this out to Daniel, salesperson, who said he forgot to mention to me that their Parts dept was closed that day and told me I had to come back to get them(something he should've known beforehand and advised me prior to making me pay for them!). HORRIBLE SERVICE - I took my car into Culver City Honda when the check emission light went on and I received a recall notice about an emission issue with my 2012 Honda Civic. I was pleasantly surprised when I thought the service department had resolved the issue within five hours of service. Two days later, the check emission light was back on and I received a voicemail from the service department asking me to please give them a good review. When I took the car back for service, I was told I would have to pay $150 up front. ... read more
