My husband used the kiosk to pay our bill and it gave him the incorrect amount and claimed we paid the whole bill. Now we're being told we haven't paid since January and our power is being threatened.

I was about to make coffee this morn and bam power flickered 4 times and was gone knowing most everyone was asleep I called in. Less than 2 or right at 2 hours later crews were on the scene. Now I know some people arent back on but i had my morning coffee hot out the keurig. Good job CEC.
