There are places half a mile away get power almost immediately after the storm caused an outage. 11 hours later im still crapping in the candleight like its the middle ages.
They haven't informed anyone on my little block of when they will get power back on and there hasn't even been a truck come by and we have been without power and it's a cold night !! and our power went out after the bad weather was gone so we don't even know why it's off

Weekly power outages, and rude women that work the phones and won’t tell you anything even remotely useful.
I do not think that they have done a good job of informing me of progress. Still no power here!

What other choice do we have? Anything the Government has a finger in the pie with it’s a mess.
