We applied for new service at the beginning of January. We still do not have service and will be moving into a home with no power. My issue is not with the linemen. They don’t get the credit they deserve. I’m disappointed in management and how their lack of work ethic led to this.

Business response:

Hey Leslie, I am not sure what has happened. I know we can not give an estimated date for hookup due to unforeseen events like weather. That being said, I am passing this information over to our Member Services Manager so we can follow up with you and double check the work order.

We lived in our last house in Paulding county Georgia for about 18 years (Grey Stone Electric). In all that time we never lost power for more than a few minutes. We've been here now for less a year and have lost power for hours at a time over three times. What gives?!

Business response:

Hey Greg, we know this year has been rough with outages. We apologize, and work to restore power as quickly as possible. If you believe you are experiencing more outages than others in your area, we can do an evaluation on your residence. If you have noticed an unmaintained right-of-way in your area, this could be another source of outages. You can get in touch with someone about either possible cause at 256-737-3200.

Huge thank you to the guys working by Ridge Rd in Addison today! One helped lead our cow that had gotten out back into the fence with his truck and the other tied some wire to our fence until we could go get our barbed wire to fix it. Awesome group of men!

Business response:

Thank you! May we share this?

I would like to personally thank each and every single hard dedicated worker that worked tirelessly on our street here in Johnson’s Crossing. Words can not express the gratitude and respect we have for y’all. The countless hours, the sun, the cold, the patience y’all have I can go on and on. Bless you all for all that you do and have done and most of all thank you for risking yourselves through all this massive massive mess to help us. We love you!!! GOD BLESS❤️

While I'll give the linemen all the credit they deserve. They work hard but this place is a rip-off, the last 4 bills I've paid haven't matched up at all. The latest bill was a $19 difference, not late they just don't match. Seems like they are price gouging. And when the power does go out the recording just says. Yep there is a problem. "NO CRAP THATS WHY I CALLED" We pay enough for an on call staff of a few to actually answer the phone or at least update the recording to give an estimated time for the problem to be fixed.
