The Service Men are great! The office personnel need to learn to be personable and efficient to expedite the lines that are always in there every time I have been inside. They neither smile nor greet their customers. They lack in manners and true customer service or presentation as they smack their gum talking to customers. � Really need to class up the Office Personnel.
I have only been a customer for three years now. In that time, our electricity has been out 7 times. That is more times than I recall EVER having my electricity go out, much less in one location. BTW, I am not counting times the electricity has been out due to storms. A real infrastructure improvement is due.

CROOKS!!!! They took over $100.00 for one day! I can have every light on run all appliances and never been over $30.00! What the hell!
