RecommendedThey work mighty hard--this has been a pretty night, but even in beautiful weather they were able to restore my power for the second time this evening! Back on the March 14th White City baby tornado, I was amazed that we had power before morning. It tore up an amazing amount of power line. They still took time to remove a hazard in my yard. Not nice to customers and too expensive

I appreciate the people that are out there keeping the lines working and would like to thank them! Also I do not know if we have lost any of our power guys but if so I would like to deeply express my gratitude and sympathy! Thanks for all y'all do!
It takes too long to repair outages. I have an air mattress and hospital bed. I can't afford to wait hours for the power to come back on.
Hats off to the crews that worked this last outage. A really big thank you to the crews that worked the outage in Winston county, replacing poles, hanging wire in the worst of conditions and probably terrain, proud to have power back in the Moreland community.
power goes out 3 Times monthly stays out for 6-8 hrs at a time
Power out on a sunny day... dispatch can’t advise repair or if crew is in route terrible customer service!!! Will be at the next board meeting to try to improve customer care
The folks who are out in all kinds of weather, dark of night & all kinds of adversity — well, they are super heroes to us! So grateful for their diligence & hard work!❤️
