Power outages call no one answer so how are you to report outages
Every single service provider that i currently use and have ever previously used sends me both an email invoice as well as a paper statement. Everyone else sends a email 1 week prior to bill due date. But you don't, and I never know when your going to debit my account. That's pretty crappy of you, I was once a victim of identity theft so i do not keep money in my bank account unless i plan on paying a bill. HATE IT!!! They screw you EVERY way they can!!! Hate I have to use them!!! If you have prepay they say they cannot access your account that it is all done by computer... But yet there's a computer right in front of their face!!! Somebody created the prepaid service so therefore somebody can access it!!!! Crooked ppl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Be patient people. Remember that these people have left their love ones to do a job for you. They need to be safe and focused to complete the project and return home safely... Oh and by the way some of their homes are probably in the dark while they're fixing somebody else's problem. BE SAFE BROTHERS !!
How come I have to wait so long on my power getting fixed but y'all wouldn't waste no time cutting it off if I owed y'all money
