RecommendedDuring a bad storm, like we may have today, They do a good job of getting to the outage you reported. Tip, post a sticky note on your refrigerator with the number and always have a flashight very nearby. I have one in my pocket right now. After dark, it is total darkness, like you are blind.
They are the best every time we have a power outage I call and they go to work figuring out what caused it and getting it fixed as soon as they can no matter how the weather is they always do their job and do it very well , like last night our power went out between 9 and 9:30 I called and reported it and they went to work to get it fixed as soon as they could it was bank on before 1 this morning and we thank them for their hard work and dedication amen
Eight hours without power now after the transformer blew with no updates to the status. What’s the point of reporting if the report goes unacknowledged? Same status as when we first reported at 7:30 pm yesterday, “we are aware of the outages in your area... and are sorry for the inconvenience.”

Hi Josie, thank you for reporting your address to our outage system. It helps the dispatcher and crews determine how to best work each outage. They work outages in an order that will restore the most members in the least amount of time. Last night's scattered outages made that plan much more complicated but they will get everyone restored as efficiently and safely as possible.
Our power goes out at least once a week. It’s gotten so bad anytime the room is dark my toddler asks is the power out again! 😡
