We are totally satisfied that we made the right decision when we chose Inside Air Technologies to install our new A/C system. We did our preliminary research thoroughly (obsessively, actually), requested 4 proposals and met with 3 sales reps. IAT's proposal was in the middle (neither highest nor lowest in cost), but after talking with each team/sales rep, we comfortably selected Steve and Ray. Ray and Steve were fantastic beginning to end!! They are very knowledgeable and were able to suggest solutions to problems in our old house that is going to make us much more comfortable. Their pricing was fantastic, second only to their customer service! I'm happy I've found a HVAC company I can trust and will remain their customer. I'm recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Ray & Steve did a fantastic job. We hired them to install ducts and central air in our 100 year old home. They explained every aspect of the project, showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and did a great job. It hasn't been hot enough yet to turn it on, but we expect everything will be great. They tested it and it ran so silently. Another point to mention, their apprentice actually fell through the ceiling while doing the install. I was very scared of going through the process of getting a new air conditioning unit installed (both inside and out) until I found Inside Air. These guys are professional and high quality. They were very informative and helped us come up with ideas that would save us money. Out of all the estimates (5) they had the best price with the best equipment. I obtained a total of 5 estimates for the same name brand equipment and this company offered a significant savings on both the equipment, labor, and warranty. To top it all off they were ontime, very professional and completed the job in a day (removal & install of both interior and exterior unit). Thank You for a job well done. C. Davis

Steve and Ray from Inside Air Technologies were great to work with on this project. The packaged heatpump unit that had to be installed in my condo closet requried a lot of modifications. It was a long install from 8am to 9pm, but the quality of the work was outstanding and the results with the new unit installed are Fantastic. Would highly recommend this company for install and service of your HVAC equipment.

I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance. I took the day off from work. Nobody showed up. Nobody called. I had to call both partners twice to get a return call. I was informed there was a scheduling conflict, but nobody bothered to tell me. They did come the next day, and did a great job, but customer service needs work.

Steve Ahern and the Inside Air crew were very knowledgeable and efficient. They promised that I would be more satisfied with the Carrier system they installed than with the Trane system that we just had installed in our new addition. They were correct. The system works better and is more comfortable than the Trane which I did not think was possible. Thank you for a job well done.
