GREAT SERVICE! After miscommunication hassles on my part, when Inside Air came, they found the problem (surprise, NOT the thermostat!), made a temp resolution because they needed to order the part needed for the furnace (which meant another trip out later that day). But when he did return for the final fix, he graciously reprogrammed that hard to use thermostat. Everything is running smoothly. VERY VERY pleased! And I learned a lot too!!
Quick to respond to my service call, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and patient while taking the time to explain how my furnace works and what needed to be done to fix it. Ray offered to pick up the part needed for my repair, which was located in a different county, while on a service call that was schedule for the next day. He saved me a $20.00 shipping fee by picking up the part himself. I highly recommend Inside Air Technologies. THANKS, Ray!
