This company installed my AC (2009) but left a gap between the AC and the duct supply. The air was dumping in my basement. I found the gap about a year and half later and call the company numerous times (over 8 months) to fix the gap. I finally had one rep come back, looked around and never call me back or scheduled to repair the gap. I had to seal the gap with AC Tape and waiting for another company to come out and make a vinyl boot/connector. The work install was good. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. The gap you are referring to was a pre-existing canvas flex connector that had dry rotted. The only access to the repair was to open up a wall in an adjacent room. Steve was outstanding. He was the first to call and the first to email. He was very friendly, explained in detail what the problem was on the phone, and came out when he said he would. He fixed the problem, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure everything worked and was cleaned up before he left. And the price was less than I expected. He's my HVAC guy now and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
