Steve, the owner, came out on a Sunday and was 5 minutes early and performed the repair himself. I thought I would have to replace the entire unit, however, Steve was able te repair the unit and save me a lot of money an I could tell right away he wasn't like those other companies where all they want is your money. Steve genuinely loves his work and is an honest person. I highly recommend Inside Air Technologies to everyone. P.S. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Came out quickly after I called on a Saturday and did not charge me extra for it.
The guys were very professional. The discuss everything that was involve in the job. The gave me options on how they could complete the project. Very friendly. The quote they gave was very fair.
Quick, clean and very knowledgable.
Steve showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything that he was doing to find out the source of the problem. He did not have the part that he needed to fix the furnace, but got back to me as soon as the part came in. I will definitely call him again if I have another problem with the heater!
To state it very briefly, it was simply a wonderful experience to work with Steve, one of the owners. Even though I made my request on a Saturday evening, he rearranged his Sunday's schedule to come to do the job himself and to meet my own time constraints. He arrived five minutes ahead of the time we had agreed upon and did an excellent job, explaining the various stages of the repair. I would strong urge anyone who has a need in his area of expertise to try him.
Totally professional. Arrived on time, very informative. Taugh me how I could fix it myself, appreciated the honesty, but still hired them at a reasonable cost. Make sure you use the online coupons.
There service was excellent and they came to our house the same day. I would recommend this company again.
