They came when they said they would. Over all I am very happy.
We live in a 75 year old house with no AC or ducts. We decided to get a ductless split mini system. We contacted 8 contractors. Inside Air Technologies, Inc. was the clear choice. The estimate was the lowest and Steve and Ray knew far more about this type of system than their competitors. The system installed was for the entire house. It required 2 outside compressors and 6 indoor air handlers. Their workmanship was excellent. The job was done in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend them.

This company was fabulous. I emailed at 4:15am because I could not sleep. By 7:20 a.m. Steve from Inside Air called to discuss the problem. As it was a weekend and the stores closed earlier, the technician he sent purchased the part prior to coming over (just in case he needed it). My husband called his foresight, "a stroke of genius" since otherwise we'd have had to wait without air conditioning until Monday.
