Pleasant, very knowledgeable of the Carrier system. Did a very good installation in a timely manner. Responded to my calls and questions quickly. Ray Sifers, Steve and Ron were very good to deal with during the whole process. I will recommend them to anyone who needs an A/C or heat pump system.
Very good. They came out when they said they would and were very thorough.
Excellent serve. Not only did Steve give me an estimate, he also checked my old AC to diagnose the problem. He was the only one who tested my unit to make an accurat diagnosis. I would definately recommend these guys. They were on time, professional and simply the best!!!

Not only did they contact me to schedule a repair call within a few hours of submitting my request, they had a tech out to the house the very same evening. I explained that it was not an emergency since it was a gas furnace issue and its summertime, but they made it to the house the very same day. We couldn't get the pilot light to stay lit and I researched furnaces a bit and thought it might be a faulty thermocouple.
