Steve arrived promptly and was very professional and nice. Her serviced and checked out my furnace and humidifier. He called me to follow up and provide information about fixing the humidifier. I was very happy with their service and will call them again if needed.
Steve was professional and nice on the phone. He was on time for our appointment and checked out our in-home humidifier. There was nothing that could be found wrong with the humidifier even though I mentioned that it leaks for the past 2-3 years.. While I agreed to the $95.00 house call, I felt the charge to be a little steep, especially since nothing could be found as to why it leaks. I would recommend Steve to others however!

Steve was incredible! Worked incredibly hard and fixed a leak in my AC unit that another group told me could not be fixed and I would need to replace the outside unit. I can't recommend him highly enough!

We have had terrible experiences with past HVAC contractors. I incorrectly determined that I needed a new thermostat and searched HomeAdvisor to find someonce to replace it. Ray called and correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone as a faulty pump, a much less expensive fix. He came fixed it the next day and also did some inexpensive necessary preventive maintenance on the outdoor unit. He gave me specific and understandable maintenance advice.
