I first started using the Karmic essences in order to target chronic issues. Then other essences by Shimara Kumara, such as Inner Child essences and the Rainbow Body. In general, this shop has reliable shipping to Europe. My local post office is not that great, so as long as I choose tracked shipping (which is a "must"), I always end up picking my shipment up from the post office instead of getting it delivered. I discovered Crystal herbs a few years ago. I initially used the bache flower remedies and then more recently sprays from the pure vibration range such as Aura Protection and Energetic Allignment.
