As the aim of reviews is to encourage businesses to provide better service, I'll leave the comments below until I confirm. ----- Don't book wedding with them. I went to a wedding today and was very saddened by Crystal shifting a wedding booking in from Wembley to Hayes in complete venue at the last minute and causing a lot of distress to the family and visitors.
