Terrible experience. Like many of the other negative reviews for this store - kindness goes a long way, perhaps look into training your shop owner. My boyfriend and I went in to look for an engagement ring. The owner spoke to us and was so dismissive. He didn’t like the ring style I wanted because they do more “traditional rings”, heavily implied that the £3000 mount would be out of budget (we hadn’t discussed budgets at all) and told us it’s not worth it for us.
