Very poor experience with the VW service team at this franchise. I brought my vehicle in for investigation of a potential safety-related issue. After the investigation I was told it was not a warranty matter and that I ‘should be charged anyway’. Whether or not it fell under warranty isn’t the point — as a customer raising a genuine concern, I would expect professionalism and respect. IF ONLY THEY HAD UNSCREWED IT… AVOID AT ALL COSTS and you will save thousands of pounds. I went there with a strangely behaving steering system in my VW.
