Friendly staff, clean rooms, right on Duvall. Just a short stroll from Mallory Square �
Great place! Rooms are small but good for two also breakfast is good.
Checking into the LaConcha we were explained that 35 dollars per day would go to shuttle service up and down Duval st. We had stopped the driver several times at which he would yell “I’m Busy” and drive off, without anyone in the shuttle. I brought this up to the front desk (Kenneth) he shouted at me “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!!!” To charge and not deliver the service is fraud. I spoke with many guests during my stay and they said they have not seen the shuttle and where is it. Clearly problems with this hotel running a scam... read more

Pulled up to unload our luggage, no available luggage carts, informed the entire hotel only had 3 rolling luggage carts.. had to make 3 trips to the 6th floor. Our suite was nice, but the toilet didn't flush properly...would take several times to go down. No coffee served in the lobby until 7 am...they send you to Star Bucks to purchase your own high priced coffee. One day we didn't have running water or air conditioning for over 6 hours! They offered no discounts! Would not recommend this hotel and will not go back. Paying ... read more
Stayed because of the location, as my husband has disabilities. Not worth the money to stay here! Room has a small fridge but doesn't fit in the cabinet so the door stays open. Room is small. Staff was not helpful at the desk. At check in they handed us wristbands, she talked so fast, I had no idea what they are for? I asked the concierge who seemed bothered she had to look up from her phone. She told us we had access to a shuttle we never saw. Great location right on Duval St. Front desk staff were ok but they couldn't accommodate an extra night upon our request. The second floor rooms over looking Duval St is a must. If you don't get one be prepared for a very cramped stay. The hotel was built in the 1920's so the rooms are very small. All in all a good place to stay for a couple of nights. If you like to party it's in a perfect location.
