Worst of the worst! Lizard and mosquitos everywhere!!!’ The rooms are nothing like pictures!!! I went to complain to the night supervisor and he was just avoiding the conversation saying he will pass the message. Total waste of money!
Great location for Duval St, bars and shops. Lovely swimming pool and great staff.
The hotel is beautiful! Service is beyond exceptional!! Every little detail has been attended to. So happy to be spending the Christmas holiday here.
Horrible housekeeping, staff entering room at 9:57 am with “do not disturb” placard on door, said only two words “check out”, when I say “1 o’clock” she says “NO!” And proceeds to throw a fit. Maint. Man changing filters in next unit has to come over and subdue her. I complain to desk, one hour later (11am) she enters room without knocking, placard still on door. We just left at that point, no longer felt welcome. Spire Elite member, 283 nights in IHG hotels this year, first complaint.
Staff was great. I have stayed there before I know other people that have stayed there and this time was even better
Great location and rooms feel like a real luxury accommodation. The pool is little more than a soaking pool (not deep or long enough for swimming) but the staff are all very nice. A wine bar and a Starbucks on the ground floor are nice to have!
